Institutional Sales

Manager – SERVO Industrial Lubricants

📍 Locations: Tumakuru / Mysuru / Bidadi ⏱️ Experience: 5+ Years Required 💼 Type: Full-time

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive institutional business growth for IndianOil SERVO industrial lubricants and greases across assigned industrial clusters.
  • Develop and manage relationships with plant heads, procurement managers, and maintenance engineers in manufacturing, auto-ancillary, steel, cement, paper, and CNC sectors.
  • Coordinate plant lubrication surveys, oil-condition monitoring programs, and competitor grade conversions (Shell/Mobil/Castrol to SERVO).
  • Lead quotation follow-ups, rate contract (ARC) proposals, and ensure smooth supply coordination with our Bidadi and Tumakuru depots.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial lubricant sales, B2B technical sales, or engineering products.
  • Strong commercial negotiation abilities and understanding of industrial machinery lubrication (hydraulics, gear oils, coolants, greases).
  • Working knowledge of Tumakuru, Mysuru, or Bidadi industrial estates and manufacturing belts.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus).

Field Sales

Salesman / Sales Executive – Industrial Lubricants

📍 Locations: Tumakuru / Mysuru / Bidadi ⏱️ Experience: 5+ Years Required 💼 Type: Full-time

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to factories, machine shops, CNC workshops, transport fleets, and fabrication units.
  • Generate daily enquiries, gather lubricant requirement lists, and secure repeat orders for barrels and pails.
  • Identify prospective customers, introduce genuine IndianOil SERVO grades, and provide product samples & data sheets.
  • Coordinate timely dispatches and delivery confirmations with Tumakuru and Bidadi stock points.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on field sales experience in lubricants, automotive spares, cutting tools, or industrial supplies.
  • Energetic, target-oriented professional with good relationship-building and local market rapport.
  • Valid driving licence and familiarity with Tumakuru, Mysuru, or Ramanagara/Bidadi regions.
  • Fluent communication in Kannada.
