WHAT WE DO

Our Technical Services

Complimentary for qualifying plants

Lubrication audit & plant survey

Our engineers walk your plant, list every lubrication point and match it to the right SERVO grade, quantity and interval. You get a colour-coded lube chart for your machines.

  • Machine-by-machine lube chart
  • Grades & intervals checked against OEM manuals
  • Leak, breather & storage observations

Extend drains safely

Used oil analysis & condition monitoring

Sampling of hydraulic, gear, turbine and compressor oils, plus thermic fluid testing, to catch wear, water and contamination early and set drain intervals on evidence. Samples are tested at an NABL-accredited IndianOil laboratory.

  • NABL-accredited IndianOil laboratory
  • Viscosity, water, TAN/TBN, particle count, wear metals
  • Trend reports with clear actions
  • Thermic fluid health checks

Fewer grades, fewer mistakes

Lubricant grade rationalisation

We consolidate a crowded lubricant store into the fewest SERVO grades that correctly serve every machine. That means less inventory, fewer wrong top-ups and simpler buying.

  • Full inventory & usage review
  • Consolidated grade list
  • Machine-wise change-over plan

Shell · Mobil · Castrol → SERVO

Competitor-grade conversion

Moving from another brand? We map every current product to its SERVO equivalent on viscosity grade and performance class, and flag any OEM approval to check. See the equivalent chart.

  • Brand-to-SERVO mapping sheet
  • OEM approval check
  • Written equivalency confirmation

FAQ

Technical Services – FAQs

Plant lubrication surveys are complimentary for qualifying industrial customers in our seven districts. Contact us to schedule one.

Used-oil samples are tested at an NABL-accredited IndianOil laboratory.

Typically viscosity, water content, acid number (TAN) or base number (TBN), particle count (ISO 4406) and wear or additive metals. The exact test slate depends on the equipment. See oil analysis limits.

A review of every lubricant your plant uses, with the aim of cutting the number of grades to the fewest that correctly serve all machines. This reduces inventory, mix-ups and purchase effort.
