About Mobil Rarus 426
Mobil Rarus 426 is the ISO VG 68 grade of the Mobil Rarus 400 series (424 = VG 32, 425 = 46, 426 = 68, 427 = 100, 429 = 150): ashless air-compressor oils with a maximum compressed-air temperature of 220 °C under DIN 51506.

Changeover checklist
- Confirm the compressor type (reciprocating or rotary screw), viscosity and the OEM's oil requirement.
- Drain completely, change the oil filter and, on screw compressors, the separator element if due.
- Mineral VD-L oils should not be mixed with synthetic compressor fluids.
- Monitor discharge temperature and valve deposits at the next service.
