SERVO Cut S Soluble Cutting Oil (Coolant) – IS 1115
SERVO Cut S (SERVOcut S) is IndianOil's general-purpose soluble cutting oil. It forms a milky emulsion with water and contains a rust inhibitor and a biocide, for turning, milling, drilling and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

About SERVO Cut S
IOCL notes superior cooling and lubrication for an excellent surface finish and less tool wear. It is used at 5% concentration, with more dilute emulsions for grinding. For a stable emulsion, always add oil to water. IOCL also lists SERVOcut Super, a longer-life soluble oil typically used at 5–10%.

Selection advice
For heavy machining or longer sump life, ask about SERVOcut Super. For clear synthetic grinding coolant on ferrous work, IOCL lists SERVOsynth 2/5.
