SERVO Syngear Synthetic Industrial Gear Oils
Servosyngear is IndianOil's synthetic industrial gear oil family: PAO-based Servosyngear, anti-micropitting Servosyngear Plus and AMP (Flender approved), and PAG-based Servosyngear HVI for worm gears.

About SERVO Syngear
IOCL notes the natural high VI and low traction coefficient of PAO Servosyngear, which reduce power consumption. It recommends Servosyngear AMP for micropitting-prone, highly loaded units (for example plastic extruder boxes and paper, steel, textile and cement gearboxes), and PAG-based Servosyngear HVI for worm gears. Never mix PAG oils with mineral or PAO oils.

Selection advice
Synthetics pay off in hot, heavily loaded or hard-to-service gearboxes. For normal duty, Servomesh SP is more economical.
