About Mobil DTE 26
Mobil DTE 26 is the ISO VG 68 grade of Mobil's DTE 20 Series anti-wear hydraulic oils. Mobil lists the series against DIN 51524-2 (HLP) and ISO 11158 (L-HM), with Denison HF-0 approval.

Changeover checklist
- Confirm the pump/valve OEM requirement: viscosity grade and any named approval such as Denison HF-0, Eaton or Bosch Rexroth.
- Mineral anti-wear hydraulic oils of the same class are generally compatible for top-up. For a full change, drain the tank, lines and actuators as far as practical.
- Replace or clean filters and the suction strainer. Flush if the old oil was degraded or contaminated.
- Refill through a filter cart and bleed air. Check for foaming and seal weeps in the first days.
- Take a baseline oil sample after about 50 running hours for trend monitoring.
