SERVO System HLP Hydraulic Oils (DIN 51524-2 HLP) – HLP 32, 46, 68
Servosystem HLP is IndianOil's high-performance hydraulic oil range with a high FZG rating. It is the SERVO grade to specify when a pump or machine manual calls for DIN 51524 Part 2 (HLP) — the same class as Shell Tellus S2 MX, Mobil DTE 20 series and Castrol Hyspin AWS.

About SERVO System HLP
IOCL describes Servosystem HLP as premium hydraulic oils with a high FZG rating, recommended for high-performance electro-hydraulic and numerically controlled systems. IOCL adds that they are also widely used as screw compressor oils. Two variants are listed. HLP AF is ashless, with superior demulsibility and filterability for humid environments, and meets DIN 51524-2 and Cincinnati P-68/69/70. HLP N meets DIN 51524-2 and the Vickers vane pump requirements.

Selection advice
Choose HLP when the manual names DIN 51524-2, Denison HF-0 or a Cincinnati P-68/69/70 approval. It is also the right SERVO match for machines that previously ran on Shell Tellus S2 MX / S2 M, Mobil DTE 24/25/26 or Castrol Hyspin AWS. For general anti-wear duty without these requirements, Servosystem 68 is the standard choice.
