SERVO System 46 (Servosystem 46) is the ISO VG 46 member of IndianOil's anti-wear hydraulic range — the default choice for CNC machine hydraulics, injection moulding machines in controlled environments and general industrial power packs.

About SERVO System 46
IOCL describes Servosystem oils as premium anti-wear lubricants made with hydrotreated base stock, recommended for hydraulic and circulation systems across a wide variety of equipment and also used for compressor crankcase lubrication. IOCL notes they are not recommended for turbines or for equipment with silver-coated components. They pass the Vickers V-104C vane pump test and meet IS:10522-1983 (Reaffirmed 2004) and IPSS 1-09-002.

Selection advice
ISO VG 46 is the most common hydraulic viscosity in Indian machine shops. It flows quickly at start-up and suits vane and gear pumps running at moderate oil temperatures. Move up to SERVO System 68 only if oil temperature regularly stays high or the OEM asks for VG 68. For DIN 51524-2 (HLP) machines, use Servosystem HLP 46.
